VORWERK Pipeline- und Anlagenservice GmbH was founded in 2001 to bundle the service activities of the corporate group in one company. VORWERK Pipeline- und Anlagenservice GmbH, with it's headquarter in Halle (Saale) and with branches in Tostedt and Ketzin as well as smaller locations in Bobbau, Böhlitz-Ehrenberg, Schönebeck and Steinitz, specializes in service and maintenance and also cathodic corrosion protection (CCP). From energy grids to biogas feed-in plants, all types of facilities are serviced here.

The FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group expanded further in April 2025. We acquired the Stade site from Gerhard Rode Rohrleitungsbau GmbH & Co. KG, with around 50 employees and an extensive range of machinery and equipment. In the areas of pipeline and cable construction, our colleagues mainly work for municipal utilities and on inner-city projects.

VORWERK-ASA GmbH has focused on pipeline and plant construction in the industrial centers of the Ruhr area. This region is home to some of the largest transmission system operators with a particularly high network density. The company was founded after the takeover of ASA Gesellschaft für Schweißarbeiten und Rohrleitungsbau GmbH in Herne in 2001.

In 2019, the FRIEDRICH VORWERK group acquired Energy & Environment Engineering (EEE) to expand the technology portfolio for specialized flow measurement, which subsequently continues to operate independently under the name VORWERK-EEE GmbH. VORWERK-EEE GmbH's experience and expertise in engineering of fuel supply systems can be applied to the client's advantage during engineering processes, quality assurance and site services.

VORWERK-EEE GmbH's portfolio also includes innovative products such as the OrQa®, a pressure loss-free flow meter, which will be applied in public gas supply in Germany for the first time this year.
