RAPA Baudienst GmbH joins the FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group
The FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group welcomes RAPA Baudienst GmbH from Hamburg into its group of companies. This acquisition builds on the long-standing collaboration between the two companies and expands the range of services in civil engineering and road construction with additional expertise.
RAPA Baudienst has been operating in northern Germany since 1982 and supports construction companies with specialised milling and cutting work, as well as other services in the fields of pipeline and road construction. RAPA and the FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group have been working closely together for many years on numerous construction projects. As part of the succession plan for the previous owner, the FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group is taking over the company and continuing its successful operations.
RAPA Baudienst’s range of services includes, in particular, surface milling of asphalt, concrete, screed and synthetic resin surfacing, as well as diamond cutting in asphalt and concrete with cutting depths of up to 47 cm. In addition, the company carries out trench milling in asphalt and grouting work for cable and pipe trenches.
At the same time, the company brings a well-established team with many years’ experience and specialist expertise to the group.
The FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group warmly welcomes all RAPA Baudienst staff and looks forward to continuing the collaboration within the group and developing it further together.
